Characters look wrong

The encoding is detected automatically. If a file still looks wrong, email us and tell us the language of the text.

Which files can I open?

Any plain text file: TXT, LOG, JSON, CSV, TSV, XML, YAML, INI, CONF, MD, SQL, HTML and source code.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Google Play, profile picture, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Text Viewer, Cancel. Uninstalling does not cancel it.

I bought Pro but it is locked

Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account used for the purchase, connect to the internet and reopen the app. If it is still locked, email us with your Google Play order number.

Delete my data

Your files stay where you saved them; delete those files yourself. Uninstalling the app removes its own data. We do not hold any of your data on a server.
